The Kollmorgen Servostar 346 (S30601-NA) is a digital servo amplifier from the Servostar S300 family, used to drive brushless synchronous and asynchronous servo motors.
It acts as the drive stage for a single servo axis, taking a command signal and delivering controlled current to the motor, with onboard resolver and encoder inputs so it can close the position and speed loop from the motor’s feedback device. The CAN interface and two analog inputs let it fit into a wider machine control scheme, and its compact footprint saves cabinet space.
