What warranty do you offer on your parts?

All our parts sold are guaranteed for a minimum period of 12 months, for new, repaired and reconditioned units. If there is any problem during this period, please contact our customer service to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

WHAT CURRENCIES DO WE ACCEPT?

We accept Euros (EUR), Pound sterling (GBP) US Dollars (USD).

Payments in other currencies may generate additional charges. All transactions are handled securely by Revolut.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Regarding any problem with the items, you must have received the items in perfect working order and without any problem.
All orders are considered final if we do not receive any communication from you within 14 days of delivery (subject to terms and conditions).

If you wish to return an item for any reason, this must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery. You then have a further 7 days to return the item, with all packaging and documentation, for evaluation/inspection.
The deadline to process a return will be 14 days from the date of receipt.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO WE OFFER?

You can pay for your purchase by Bank transfer, PayPal and credit card. We can only fulfil orders if the amount is paid totally in advance.
